CNC Machinist - Aerospace Manufacturing

A growing aerospace manufacturing company in the Everett area is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join its precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machining equipment used to produce high-quality aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture aerospace components Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards throughout production runs Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering or quality teams when necessary Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company and OSHA standards Complete production documentation and inspection records accurately Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Aerospace manufacturing experience strongly preferred Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality inspection processes Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, Mazak, or similar CNC controls preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED required; technical training or machining certifications are a plus Preferred Experience Experience machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, or Inconel Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards Experience in high-mix, low-volume aerospace production environments Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for overtime Career growth and advancement opportunities Stable aerospace industry environment Apply Today If you are a skilled CNC Machinist looking for a long-term opportunity within the aerospace industry, we encourage you to apply today and become part of a team focused on precision, quality, and innovation.
