Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

• Current, active Physical Therapist license in the state
• Previous hospital-based PT experience preferred
• Strong foundation in evidence-based evaluation and treatment plans
• Proven ability to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new patients and develop individualized care plans
• Implement appropriate therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment
• Track progress and modify treatment as needed
• Facilitate safe patient mobility and independence
• Provide education and support to patients and family members
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other therapists and medical providers within the hospital
