What You'll Do

• Provide general dentistry services to a diverse patient base of all ages, including children as young as 4/5 years old
• Perform routine exams, fillings, and other restorative procedures
• Utilize Denticon or Planet DDS EMR systems effectively
• Manage an average of 9 treatments and up to 12 exams per day, depending on procedures
• Collaborate with a team of 2 dental assistants, a hygienist, and front desk staff
• Adhere to all safety and health standards
• Flexibility to see all patient ages and handle a variety of dental procedures

What You Need

• Valid Iowa Dental License (preferred) or willingness to obtain
• Must be enrolled with Medicaid or willing to enroll
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Experience level: open to new graduates and seasoned professionals
