What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate your own leads across the Antelope Valley
• Meet with homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first knock to signed contract
• Represent an award-winning brand homeowners already trust

Requirements

• Outside sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, home improvement, or door-to-door a big plus)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean professional appearance
• Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure
