The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Staff assists in day-to-day operation, which includes all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management, and inventory control. These roles drive sales and profitability while ensuring the highest quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment and superior service are consistently provided to our guests. Accountabilities/Duties Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment. Is diligent, organized and self-motivated, able to operate independently with minimal supervision. Evaluates cake and craft products to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues. Cleans, sanitizes and restocks workstation; ensures supplies are prepared for the next shift. Monitors inventory of work area and replenishes accordingly or notifies management when additional ordering is required. Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. Prioritizes and plans to enable timely delivery of guest cake orders for walk-in, delivery, or pre-orders. Supports weekly sales productivity goals, cake production plan, and team schedules. Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. No formal education or work experience required; previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is a plus. Work Availability Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
