About the Position

Unit: 5D Orthopedic / Surgical (Med/Surg Tele)
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (No Exceptions)

• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience

• Must have 18 months PERMANENT MS/Tele experience prior to travel

• Permanent Ohio RN license in hand OR Compact license (if eligible)

• Active certifications:

  • BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)

  • ACLS

  • NIHSS (must obtain before start if not already certified)

• Must pass:

  • ECG Rhythm Recognition test

  • SafeMedicate exam (2 attempts max)

  • Vaccine required (medical/religious exemption allowed)
