Flexible schedule to take long weekends How You Will Contribute Manage and execute all aspects of commissioning projects from contract execution through the warranty phase, including client relationships, project financials, project deliverables, and tasks assigned to support staff Project Managers: Assist in the development of proposals and business development pursuits Assist project teams in design, construction, and operation of high-performance buildings. Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, building owners, design professionals, and construction teams. Proactively engage project teams with solutions and recommendations Solve complex problems. Find ways to make you and others around you better Your Expertise Project Manager (5+ years): Experience with commercial buildings, preferably in commissioning, design engineering, building operations, MEP coordination, and/or contracting Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science, or related field of study, or equivalent work experience in engineering or construction. Ability to manage multiple projects and clients including relationships, schedules, commissioning deliverables, commissioning staff, and project financials.
