Title: Recruiting Specialist I
Classification: Full-time, non-exempt
Location: Hybrid (90% remote)
Schedule: 35 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Pay Rate: $22-25/hr plus quarterly commission

Tri-Mar Consulting is a Boutique Staffing, Recruiting and HR Consulting firm located in Fairport NY. As a boutique firm, we pride ourselves on quality over quantity. We are currently seeking a superstar entry level Recruiting Specialist I to join our team. This would be a great opportunity for a recent grad or individual looking to transition into a career in Talent Acquisition/Human Resources or Business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Updating and Creating job descriptions
• Researching and Reviewing Resumes
• Scheduling and shadowing candidate interviews
• Benefits and PTO Administration
• Data Entry and Administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in HR or Business and/or equivalent experience
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to learn new processes quickly
EDUCATION: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
