Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one massage therapy sessions with clients in their homes or other designated locations.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their goals, preferences, and physical condition.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recovery practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to ensure continued results.
• Educate clients on proper post-session care, stretching routines, and the role of massage in a balanced wellness lifestyle.
• Foster a professional, relaxing, and client-centered environment that promotes comfort, trust, and satisfaction.
• Maintain professional and effective communication with clients and the GYMGUYZ team.

Qualifications

• State-licensed massage therapy certification (e.g., NCBTMB, AMTA-recognized program)
• CPR/AED certification
• 1-2 years of experience in massage therapy or a clinical/wellness setting is preferred but not required.
• Genuine passion for helping clients recover, reduce pain, and improve overall well-being.
• Strong knowledge of massage modalities, anatomy, and soft tissue techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and create a consistently positive client experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
