In this role, you'll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality repairs, this could be the perfect fit for you!Job ResponsibilitiesExamine and diagnose RV problems.Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.Attend company and factory training.QualificationsStrong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipGood communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team membersAbility to follow established procedures and safety guidelinesEducation and ExperienceRV Technician experience requiredCurrent valid driver's license requiredHigh school diploma or GED requiredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401K with company matchPTOGreat company culturePhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
