RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides skilled and efficient administrative support and office management assistance for one or more senior member of the Executive Staff. Assures the prompt performance of duties, the recognition of priorities, and the sensitivity of matters involved. o Interacts with employees at all levels of the organization, physicians, patients, Board members, public officials, and members of the community-at-large.

REQUIRED

Ø Two years college education or business school is required. Ø At least seven years' experience in secretarial positions is required.

PREFERRED

v Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field is preferred. v Experience in a hospital/medical and/or local government environment is preferred. University Health
