Director, BD Excellence HR — Lean Transformation Leader
BD
BD is seeking a transformational leader to drive the BD Excellence program across the HR organization. This role partners with the EVP, Chief People Officer and ExHRLT to embed operating rigor, visual management, problem solving, and kaizen into HR processes and performance management. A strong background in Lean/Six Sigma and change management is essential, with extensive global experience. The candidate will champion standardized methodologies, build BD Excellence capability, and accelerate #J-18808-Ljbffr BD
