In this role you will build and scale the applications that move specialty prescriptions through prior authorization faster, reducing the time between a prescription being written and a patient starting therapy.You will work alongside a collaborative group of skilled engineers who take pride in consistent delivery and technical excellence, spanning React front ends, .NET services, and event-driven integrations running on Azure. This is a hands-on role on a team that ships continuously and owns what it builds.What You'll DoDesign and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, and/or .NETCollaborate with engineers and architects to design and implement Azure cloud solutionsHelp build and maintain our event-driven architectureTurn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutionsDeliver high-quality work at a predictable cadence and help the team sustain itSupport what you build in production, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementParticipate in agile ceremonies, technical planning, and design reviewsPriority will be given to candidates who reside in the Columbus, OH Metropolitan area. Minimum RequirementsDegree or equivalent experience, plus typically 5+ years of relevant professional experience.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Critical Skills5+ years building and shipping production software applicationsStrong proficiency in TypeScript and React, and/or .NETHands-on experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructureWorking knowledge of event-driven architecture, ideally including KafkaA track record of using AI tools effectively in your day-to-day development workflowConsistent follow-through on commitments and a bias toward finishing workCollaborative approach to software development and problem solvingComfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve as the product doesAdditional Skills (Preferred)Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrationsRPA technologyFHIR standard, SMART on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchangeExperience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testingContributions to open source projects or developer communitiesWork EnvironmentHybrid, based out of the Columbus, Ohio office.
