Are You a Jack-of-All-Trades Who Enjoys Working With Your Hands?.

Are you the kind of person who can fix just about anything, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in keeping things looking their best?.

Do you like variety in your workday rather than doing the same thing over and over?.

If this sounds like you, we want to talk.

We're looking for a dependable, motivated individual to help maintain our buildings, grounds, and properties.

At Triangle Motors, we believe that great employees are the foundation of a great company. We value people who take initiative, work hard, and genuinely care about the quality of their work.

What You'll Be Doing:

• General building maintenance and minor repairs.
• Lawn mowing, trimming, landscaping, and grounds upkeep.
• Basic carpentry, painting, plumbing, and other handyman projects.
• Maintaining parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior areas.
• Seasonal work, including leaf cleanup and snow removal.
• Maintaining tools and equipment.
• Occasional landscaping and grounds maintenance at an additional property.
• Identifying problems and taking the initiative to get them fixed.
• Helping with special projects and property improvements.

What We're Looking For: We're more interested in finding the right person than someone with a perfect résumé.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Is dependable and shows up ready to work.
• Can work independently and stay productive without constant supervision.
• Has good mechanical aptitude and enjoys figuring things out.
• Takes pride in keeping buildings and grounds clean and well maintained.
• Is comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
• Has a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Has a valid driver's license.
• Is willing to learn and tackle new challenges.

Previous maintenance, landscaping, construction, or handyman experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic and good attitude are what matter most.

Why Join Our Team?: We believe you should enjoy coming to work, feel appreciated for your efforts, and know that what you do makes a difference.

We offer:

• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Stable, year-round employment.
• A friendly, supportive, team-oriented workplace.
• Independence and variety in your daily responsibilities.
• Opportunities to learn and grow.
• Paid leave, 401K, and insurance benefits.

Interested?:

If you're someone who enjoys staying busy, likes working with your hands, and gets satisfaction from a job well done, we'd love to hear from you.

Come work somewhere your efforts are noticed and appreciated.
