Be Valued at the American Heart Association.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with customers and vendors to determine a process for change reporting.Checks the updated engineering information and records to make sure they follow the rules and guidelines for managing changes.Applies in-depth knowledge of applications to guide customization of and compatibility with vendor guidelines.Analyzes application data, identifies problems, and recommends and guides fixes.Reviews current state and recommends future state updates.Ensures applications are efficient, user-friendly, adheres to best user experience practices and meets accessibility compliance.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of relevant experienceSkills Required: Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Change Management, Collaboration, Consulting, Cost Estimation, Data Analytics, Effective Communication, Engineering Analysis, Engineering Change Management, Engineering Management, Initiative, Problem Solving, Product Engineering, Products And Services, Project Documentation, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Time Management, Effective Presentations, Oracle Financial ApplicationsCompensation & BenefitsThe American Heart Association invests in its people.
