Banquet Attendant - Event Setup

The Verve Hotel - Boston Natick is seeking a dedicated Banquet Attendant to join our team in Natick, MA. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet events by maintaining cleanliness, setting up and breaking down event spaces, and providing excellent support to our banquet staff and guests. Responsibilities Set up and arrange banquet rooms according to event specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. Assist banquet servers with clearing and resetting tables. Transport and store banquet equipment and supplies as needed. Respond promptly to requests from the banquet team and event managers. Ensure all banquet areas comply with safety and health standards. Help with inventory control and restocking of banquet supplies. Requirements Previous experience in banquet operations or hospitality preferred. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service. Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Available to work part-time or on-call. Benefits $17.50-$17.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
