Maintenance Mechanic Schedule: 7:00am-4:30pm Pay: $29.30-$42.25 based on experience Are you a skilled technician with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly? Required Skills: Proven experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs Ability to interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications Proficiency in repairing and maintaining machinery such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments Ability to repair or reproduce parts using welders and machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience working specifically with bindery and press equipment Welding skills and experience operating machine shop tools Familiarity with automated conveyor and manufacturing systems Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or manufacturing trades Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting, ideally with bindery or press equipment Other Requirements: Must be available to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency repairs as needed Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and work independently or as part of a team Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations Ready to bring your maintenance expertise to a thriving company?
