Senior Software Engineer (Python) - San Francisco, CA A fast‑growing deep‑tech startup is building AI‑powered tooling that transforms high‑level code into optimized software for advanced compute systems. They are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable AI‑driven code translation pipelines. What Will I Be Doing? Building AI‑powered backend workflows and distributed systems. Developing scalable infrastructure using Docker, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools. Working with AI and systems teams to improve automated code generation pipelines. Writing clean, reliable, production‑grade software. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of software engineering experience. Strong Python skills plus another backend language such as C++, Rust, or Go. Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems. Familiarity with ML frameworks, containerized environments, and modern CI/CD practices.
