We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Order Management Associate who enjoys helping people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants flexible daytime hours. In this role, you'll be the friendly, reliable connection between our customers and our team—processing orders, supporting our sales team, and ensuring customers receive prompt, professional service every step of the way.

What you will do:

• Process customer orders within the ERP system
• Respond to routine customer requests via email, phone or mail
• Support Sales Team through accurate and timely entry of sample requests
• Assist customers by answering inquiries or directing to appropriate department
• Follow up to ensure proper order fulfillment from entry to delivery
• Work closely with Planning to facilitate the flow of information for orders
• Ensure information is easily and effectively distributed across multiple departments in a timely manner
• Maintain and update database with accurate customer data i.e. customer addresses, email address, contact name etc.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments throughout the company
• Other administrative duties as assigned
• Follow established company SOP and ISO Guidelines

What you will need:

• 1+ years administrative, customer service, or equivalent experience

• Ability to multi-task and work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to produce consistently high-quality results under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Resourceful, proactive self-start with the ability to think ahead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with colleagues at all levels
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Location: Norcross, GA
• Hours: Monday – Friday, ideally 9:00 - 1:00 EST (we have some flexibility here)
