Position Summary: Begin an exciting leadership journey as a General Manager at IHOP. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreeS in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Proven track record of achieving business results, driving sales growth, and managing profitability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
