Key Responsibilities Source and purchase local, organic ingredients that meet our quality standards. Manage inventory levels to ensure consistent supply without overstocking. Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors. Track and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with the kitchen and bakery teams to forecast ingredient needs. Ensure all purchases align with our commitment to sustainability and quality.
