Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state. \n
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and treating mental health needs of individuals with concurrent medical conditions is preferred. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport with patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. \n
- A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical standards in patient care and documentation practices. \n
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems and computer applications is expected. \n
