Max Dental Group is looking for a motivated and professional Insurance Coordinator & Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! We’re a new, modern dental office that opened in late 2023 and are already making a name for ourselves in the community with our upscale, clean environment and cutting-edge dental technology.

About the Role:
This is a dual-position role ideal for someone who is equally comfortable at the front desk and managing dental insurance processes. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and experienced in working with PPO dental insurance — especially in out-of-network situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check in patients.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate patient flow.
- Verify dental insurance benefits, especially PPO (out-of-network) plans.
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims and pre-authorizations.
- Review treatment plans and financial options with patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Work closely with dentists and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Experience with PPO dental insurance (especially out-of-network) is a strong plus
- Prior front desk and dental office experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of dental coding.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
