This role helps supervise shifts, coach partners, and ensure an exceptional Starbucks Experience for customers and team members. Key Responsibilities Support store operations during assigned shifts Lead, coach, and support store partners Ensure excellent customer service and product quality Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience (retail or restaurant) Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment About Us We are a Starbucks Licensee operating multiple locations across South Florida.
