Contract | Travel | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 8-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to oncology patients in an inpatient setting
• Administer chemotherapy and related treatments in accordance with facility protocols and safety standards
• Monitor and assess patient responses to treatment, documenting findings accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and side effect management

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of oncology nursing experience
• Chemotherapy certification required — either unit-based chemo certification or completion of the Fundamentals of Chemotherapy course through the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an oncology setting
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in oncology units
