Summary The Senior Store Designer is responsible for managing complex large-scale retail projects, architectural plans, and design documents. This role oversees design from concept through completion, manages a ~$50M annual project portfolio, and ensures compliance with brand and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute 2D/3D retail design and construction documents Oversee multiple concurrent projects and timelines Ensure quality standards, brand alignment, and compliance Lead mentoring, training, and development of team members Manage vendor relationships, costs, and procurement processes Travel to retail locations for field verification and execution Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field 6+ years of relevant design experience (retail preferred) 2+ years of project management and leadership experience Experience managing large-scale construction projects Strong ability to mentor and develop team members Technical Skills Advanced AutoCAD and Revit proficiency Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Enscape Strong 2D/3D design and rendering capabilities Understanding of architectural documentation and construction Strong leadership and strategic thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments Travel once a month (3-5 days at a time). Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and project deadlines. Office-based work and travel to construction sites and retail locations.
