• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments for clients to identify therapeutic needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address those needs effectively.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a diverse clientele through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients across New Jersey.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, making appropriate referrals and coordinating care when necessary.

• Engage in regular clinical team meetings and case consultations to foster a culture of learning, professional development, and peer support.

Your caseload will encompass a variety of individuals and families facing an array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and significant life transitions. You will play a vital role in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys, using your skills to create a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth.

• An active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is required.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions and client interactions.

• Exceptional clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and cultural humility are essential in working with a diverse client population.

• Specialized training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or similar approaches is highly regarded.
