Senior Software Developer - Java & Python

Salary: $134,971 - 189,600 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field of study
• Four (4) years of experience in the role, including positions such as Backend Programmer or Frontend Programmer
• Alternatively, a Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field with Two (2) years of relevant experience in lieu of the Bachelors Degree and Four (4) years of experience
• 2 years of experience in Back-end web development
• Proficiency in developing SQL database software
• Experience with Ruby on Rails
• Knowledge of VueJS
• Familiarity with MSSQL and PostgreSQL
• Proficient in using Git
• Experience with Sidekiq and Docker
• Knowledge of RSpec

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of internal-facing web applications and data access points
• Support the strategic goals of the US Oncology Network with a diverse range of services
• Understand core operations within the data and analytics team, while ensuring best practices for securing PHI and sensitive data on public cloud infrastructure
• Engineer and implement applications to manage team data, models, and operations by analyzing functional or technical requirements
• Integrate with various data assets and the analytics platform to ensure content availability under strict PHI guidelines
• Collaborate with security frameworks, content management databases, and other internal systems
• Serve as a technical leader driving innovation in data and analytics to support business goals
• Establish strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders to align on business needs and prioritize work streams
• Manage deployment schedules and communication for the web-based application and analytics platform
• Proactively learn and apply new technologies and procedures relevant to project requirements
• Stay informed about trends in industry technology
