Full-Stack Developer

Salary: $80,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• Three to five or more years of full-stack engineering experience delivering production SaaS.
• Strong skills in TypeScript and/or Python, modern web frameworks, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with LLM-powered features, agent frameworks, or MCP, or the ability to learn these quickly.
• Experience building third-party integrations and working with external data.
• Self-directed and comfortable working at startup pace on a small team with real customers and visible impact.
• Motivation to support Ediphais mission of serving churches and spiritual formation.

• Build Ediphais MCP-based integration layer and connectors to church management systems, including self-service connector management.
• Develop product-tiering capabilities, including usage credits and metering, connector limits, seat management, and upgrade paths from Starter to Enterprise.
• Create agentic AI features for working with church data, along with usage controls and safeguards.
• Build the Ediphai Console and product features that provide insights into engagement, giving, retention, and growth.
• Develop platform capabilities including semantic and matching layers, role-based access control, and team and multi-site support.
• Automate implementation and onboarding to keep onboarding under 30 days without increasing services headcount.

Ediphai (DRai, Inc.) is an AI-powered church formation and intelligence platform that combines discipleship pathways with insights into engagement, giving, retention, and growth. We are founder-led and seed-funded, with six signed church partners across four denominational networks in Hawaii, and are expanding to the U.S. mainland. You will join our small, senior engineering team, work directly with our CTO, and help build Ediphai Enterprise and Ediphai Starter, with a focus on self-service configuration. The role is full-time, reports to the CTO, and is preferably based in Hawaii, though remote work is considered. Compensation is $80,000 annually plus healthcare and benefits, with equity participation available. A January 2027 start is targeted, with an earlier start possible.
