Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join a dynamic clinical team at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - Lake Saint Louis , a 216-bed acute care hospital with a 30-bed acute rehabilitation unit. The position is posted as Dietitian Nutritionist Level I but may be adjusted based on qualifications. New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply. What You’ll Do Provide medical nutrition therapy and complete nutrition assessments for inpatients across multiple units, including ICU and stepdown Deliver patient and family nutrition education based on individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes Document care using the Nutrition Care Process in the EPIC electronic health record Manage daily caseload independently while prioritizing patient needs Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team What We Offer (Benefits) Starting with 3 weeks’ vacation and 3 personal days Reimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees, and CDR renewal Professional growth via Sodexo's Career Ladder Money toward continuing education events Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually Medical, Dental, Vision Care and Wellness Programs 401(k) Plan with Matching Contributions Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Career Growth Opportunities and Tuition Reimbursement What You Bring Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or RD‑eligible (must obtain credential within 120 days of hire) Eligible for licensure in Missouri Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and the Nutrition Care Process Experience in acute care nutrition preferred Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by ACEND Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities RD/RDN credentials required at the time of hire Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
