In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials-from receiving and inventory management to production delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to build foundational experience in supply chain, inventory control, and ERP systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do
- Manage the flow of electronic components from receipt through delivery to the production floor
- Receive, inspect, count, and accurately input materials into the Oracle ERP system
- Pick, kit, and issue materials to support manufacturing schedules
- Perform daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Handle sensitive electronic components in compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Up to 1 year of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or material handling environment
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard PC applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience working in an electronics or manufacturing stockroom
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar inventory systems
- Experience working with small, complex components
- Understanding of ESD-safe handling procedures
- Inventory management & material handling
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic systems/data entry proficiency
- Time management and reliability
- Problem-solving and accountability
