Admissions Counselor
The University of South Dakota Office of Admissions is seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, self-motivated individual for the position of Admissions Counselor. Responsibilities include, territory management, marketing and recruitment activities on and off campus, assist in financial aid as necessary, database management, counseling prospective students and families, contributing to overall enrollment management goals, evaluating prospective students and participating in the selection of applicants for admission.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree and valid driver's license required. Related admissions experience preferred. Knowledge of The University of South Dakota campus, departments, and admission standards desirable. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills (both oral and written), be self-starters, and have the ability to be creative in developing recruiting opportunities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
This position requires - Travel, Overnight stays, Weekends/Holidays, Valid Drivers License.
