Warehouse Picker Job Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM2:45 PM
• Pay Rate: $18/hr (increase upon conversion)

Warehouse Picker Job Description:

• Operate order pickers and sit-down forklifts to pick and move product safely
• Process and verify orders using handheld RF scanners and warehouse systems
• Perform equipment checks and ensure safe, damage-free stacking and transport
• Lift up to 150 lbs. regularly to assist with loading and trailer prep
• Work closely with your team and leadership to meet daily goals with a positive attitude

Warehouse Picker Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs consistently
• Previous forklift experience required; RF scanner experience a plus
• Willingness to complete a 10-panel on-site drug test and a 7-year background check
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive demeanor
