Seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support middle and high school students with significant disabilities in an engaging and collaborative educational setting. This part-time contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, offering meaningful work over two days per week with flexible scheduling.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP for schools
• Prior experience delivering services in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills for working with students, families, and education teams
• Dedication to fostering communication skills and supporting students with significant disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite, direct and indirect speech/language therapy services to middle and high school students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and abilities
• Document interventions, progress, and outcomes in compliance with state and district requirements
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and families to create an inclusive learning environment
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and student goal setting
• Employ evidence-based strategies and innovative approaches to promote communication development
