Healthcare Data Analyst

The Healthcare Data Analyst will support business leaders within the HEDIS division with creating reports in PowerBI or Tableau. Additionally, they will validate data and ensure reporting accuracy of existing reports and support ongoing data platform and reporting transition activities.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years experience with reporting and data analytics
1+ years experience supporting data analytics within the healthcare domain
Experience with payer data (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
PowerBI or Tableau dashboard development experience
Snowflake or SQL server experience


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with HEDIS data
Experience with relational databases and dimensional data models
