Master Scheduler Manager – Aerospace Manufacturing

Full-Time | Direct Hire

Salary: $115K–$120K Base Salary + Bonus + Full Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler Manager to support a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing operation in Columbus, MS. This role is responsible for driving production schedules, optimizing manufacturing flow, and ensuring on-time delivery across machining and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS)
• Create detailed production schedules and work center plans
• Coordinate workflow across machining, fabrication, and assembly operations
• Analyze capacity, labor, tooling, and production requirements
• Expedite production activities and resolve scheduling bottlenecks
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality teams
• Support ERP scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor schedule performance and communicate production status to leadership
• Hands-on involvement with shop floor manufacturing operations

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing
• 5+ years in Master Scheduling or similar leadership role
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong ERP scheduling experience in a machining environment
• Knowledge of capacity planning, lean manufacturing, and production control
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Strong Excel, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be a U.S. Person per ITAR requirements
