Location: Boring, Oregon
Department: Formulated Department
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + 7% annual bonus potential

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Production Supervisor to lead operations within our Formulated Department. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting team development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching employees, improving processes, and working closely with Production and Operations Management to keep production running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Supervise daily production operations and support team members on the production floor
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Promote a positive and productive team environment

Production Operations

• Coordinate production startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
• Monitor productivity and ensure production goals are met
• Help improve workflows and standard operating procedures

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce company policies, GMPs, and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Ensure employees follow all safety and operational guidelines

Staffing & Training

• Assist with scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees
• Support employee development and accountability

Communication

• Lead shift meetings and communicate updates clearly in both Spanish and English
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication with team members and management

Quality Control

• Monitor product quality and production specifications throughout the shift
• Make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, OR 1–2 years of related supervisory experience/training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a loud industrial environment
• Must be able to work around common food allergens including nuts, milk, and wheat
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
