Pay

• $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Full-time

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Schedule may vary based on weather and business needs

What You'll Do

• Lead and support a landscaping crew on residential and commercial properties
• Perform landscaping, lawn maintenance, and mowing services
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Communicate effectively with crew members and management
• Assist with other field duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Landscaping and lawn maintenance experience preferred
• Previous crew leader or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
