COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION COLLECTIONS PARALEGAL Location : Freehold, NJ Job Type : Full-Time Location : Onsite A growing full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Community Association Collections Paralegal to join its Freehold, NJ office. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional to join a fast-paced, high-performing team and take on a meaningful role supporting community association collection matters. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple legal matters while providing excellent client service. What You'll Do Manage community association collection matters from initial demand through resolution Handle essential legal collection functions and processes Assist with foreclosure-related matters and proceedings Work on matters involving bankruptcy Apply knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) Prepare and maintain legal documents and case files Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of required tasks Communicate with clients, attorneys, opposing parties, and other involved parties Provide excellent client service throughout the collection process Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Support attorneys with legal and administrative tasks as needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of proven experience as a Collections Paralegal Direct experience handling legal collections matters Experience with community association collections preferred Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
