On-Site Field Support Specialist
Provides on-site field support to customers, including the installation, servicing, and repair of systems and equipment. Verifies and approves the operational quality of system equipment.
Resolves customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrades, and maintenance. Assists in investigating and resolving complex installation and maintenance matters of significance.
Instructs customers on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
Ensures issues are referred to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.
Troubleshoots user accounts.
Demonstrates an understanding of SCCM, VPN, Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
