J ob Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and presentable. Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and maintain visitor logs as required. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scanning, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when necessary. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers. Assist with other clerical and administrative duties as assigned. R equired Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service, receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Attention to detail and a professional appearance and demeanor. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a corporate, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional office environment. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment. Administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment. Certifications No specific certifications required. Administrative, customer service, or office management certifications are a plus.
