TerraSole in Ridgefield is looking to hire the perfect candidate to fill Server & Bartender positions within our establishment. We are a Fine Dining Eclectic Cuisine Restaurant, located in the heart of Ridgefield, CT. We are hoping to find an open‑minded, hard‑working, quick on their toes person that would be a great addition to our ever‑growing family. Requirements Excellent communication skills Ability to properly manage time Ability to multi‑task Excellent problem‑solving skills Knowing how to properly speak with the staff and get a point across without being demeaning Career driven Willing to work your way up by working hard Skills Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining/serving setting Ability to handle any task thrown at you, even on your worst day Fast‑paced environment Compassionate, yet to the point Responsibilities This is a Server position, where you will be needed all over the restaurant, whether helping behind the bar or taking a table because we are busy.
