Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay $21.50 per hour Overtime Pay $32.25 per hour Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour when working 2nd shift Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 12:00am Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions Pay Weekly. About the Role Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver are responsible for moving products safely and efficiently in our clean, organized facilities. Products handled include tools and household goods. Equipment includes sit‑down forklift, RF scanner, pallet jack. Responsibilities Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting. Maintain accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks. Process day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hour of production. Operate within performance measurement guidelines of the contract. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred. Valid Forklift Operator's License certified. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Ability to work within a diverse work environment. Highly thorough and dependable. Must be punctual with a good attendance record. Possesses a high degree of initiative. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure. Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to work using health and safety methods. Must be available to work on a flexible schedule across various work shifts. Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices. Benefits Warehouse Positions pay each week.
