We are looking for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Eagle Kia in Riverhead, NY. This is an opportunity for a proven automotive sales leader who knows how to motivate a team, structure profitable deals, develop salespeople, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

New Car Sales Manager Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the new car sales team
Manage daily sales operations and ensure the team is meeting performance goals
Conduct daily sales meetings and one-on-one coaching
Assist salespeople with customer negotiations and deal structure
Oversee the sales process from initial contact through vehicle delivery
Monitor CRM activity, lead follow-up, appointments, and closing performance
Work closely with the General Sales Manager and General Manager to achieve monthly sales and gross-profit objectives
Review and approve deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory, pricing, merchandising, and vehicle availability
Develop and implement strategies to increase showroom traffic, appointments, and sales
Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals
Maintain strong manufacturer and dealership standards
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable regulations
New Car Sales Manager Requirements
Previous automotive sales management experience required
Proven success leading a high-performing automotive sales team
Strong knowledge of new vehicle sales and dealership operations
Excellent negotiation and deal-structuring skills
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities
Experience with CRM and dealership management systems
Ability to analyze sales performance and take action to improve results
Strong customer-service and relationship-building skills
Valid driver's license and driving record that meets dealership requirements
Availability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends
