Staff Engineer: AI Compute Blade & Rack Validation Lead

Graphcore seeks a Staff Engineer to lead at-scale rack validation for next-generation AI hyperscale systems. You will own end-to-end blade and rack validation, coordinating across firmware, systems, and hardware teams to ensure functional, electrical, and thermal performance meets objectives. You will mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence while collaborating with ODM/JDM partners. Strong experience in Linux/server OS and Python/Bash is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Graphcore
