Be one of the first to apply — offer rates tend to be higher at this stage Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Operating Room Circulator with strong ophthalmology, ortho/MAKO, and neuro spine experience required. Details Operating Room setting functioning as a Circulator Day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts (7:00-19:00) Monday through Friday with varying scheduled days off Call requirement of 4-6 days within a 6-week schedule Weekend call (Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours each) approximately every 6-8 weeks Subject to holiday call during the assignment No floating required outside of scope Requirements Active SC or compact RN license required; pending license accepted if obtained prior to start Minimum 5 years of RN experience required Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong ophthalmology experience required Ortho and MAKO experience required Recent EPIC experience preferred but not required Additional Information Circulate cases within the Operating Room Must pass Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test on the first day of orientation with only one attempt allowed Attendance policy in place; missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review for cancellation Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted All RTO must be submitted with the initial submission; requests made afterward will not be considered Previous permanent staff at this health system are not eligible to return as travelers Block scheduling is not accommodated These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
