Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist

Location: Upper Darby, PA Pay Rate: $30-36/hour Billable; Non‑billable $15/hour What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients. Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches. Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and substance abuse treatment services as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and client support systems to coordinate care. Participate in staff meetings, peer supervision, agency committees, and program development initiatives. Maintain professional licensure/certification standards while providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.
