Associate Attorney- Civil Litigation

As a Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in handling a diverse range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for achieving favorable results.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all phases of the litigation process, from case initiation to resolution

* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy

* Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

* Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

* Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate settlements

* Stay current on legal developments and industry trends

* Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

* Admission to the Bar

* 3-6 years of experience practicing as a litigation attorney

* Strong litigation and trial skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively

* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
