Overview We are offering a full‑time, in‑facility Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) position at our Laconia Center. The role reports to the Director of Rehabilitation. Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapy Assistant you will: Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, following developed recovery plans. Deliver therapy treatments and support patients in regaining physical abilities and independence. Assess and address patients as individuals, adapting to their unique needs. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain a caring, compassionate environment, ensuring patients and families receive high‑quality service. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA & ACOTE standards. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
