Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty12 Hour Day Shift | IDD Community Care$35 per hour 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Chadds Ford, PA 191501:1 Care Team EnvironmentMake a Meaningful Impact in the IDD CommunityIsoke Developmental Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an adult individual receiving In-Home and Community Support (IHCS) services. This position supports one adult individual in a structured home and community setting, providing skilled nursing support and daily assistance as part of a 1:1 care team.
